This Herbal Bath Tea contains herbs and flowers chosen for their soothing properties: Chamomile, Meadowsweet, Cornflower and Nettle.

To use:

Simply shake the jar to mix the contents

Add around 4 Tablespoons of the tea in one of the included tea bags and tie.

Place in a hot bath or hang under the hot tap to allow the tea to infuse with the bath water.

Contains enough plant matter for 4 baths.
